Cancellation Policy
A valid credit card must be kept on file for all bookings. By using our services, you agree to be financially responsible for any damage caused by you or your dog to the facility, equipment, or property. This includes, but is not limited to, damage to the dock, pool, fencing, turf, or structures. This agreement is acknowledged in your signed waiver and applies to all services and rentals. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice are nonrefundable. No-shows or late arrivals that exceed 15 minutes past your scheduled time will result in forfeiture of the session without refund. Charges may be applied to your card on file in accordance with this policy.
